Hello Nitro,
It is not possible to configure one to one NAT within ISA 2000.
You can however configure port forwarding by configuring server publishing.
By default all your internal clients behind ISA do show up as coming from
the external interface of ISA when they access anything on the internet.
So this is one to many NAT that is present by default.
