Set the browser proxy settings to "localhost:<port>".

Hello All
I suppose this is a very basic question. I have looked
through the site, but cannot find any previous postings.
How do you make the ISA server itself a web proxy client?
I have read that by default, the ISA server itself cannot
be a client, but I can't remember how to modify this.
No problems with any other clients at all.
ISA 2000
Win2k Server
Win2k Pro Clients
