How can I solve service specific error 213005

Open the Routing and Remote Access administrator.
Disable Routing and Remote Access and reboot (you should
get no errors on restart).
Open the Routing and Remote Access administrator,
configure for use minus Nat / Basic Firewall then check
and remove the Nat / Basic firewall from Server Name - IP
Routing if it exists.

Worked for me.
