I have just started with a company using ISA server as
their firewall and I have never used it before...

All the machines can access the internet properly, but
only very few can PING and remote desktop to our web
server (hosted by another company)

My machine is one of the ones that can't PING. I have
checked through all the network settings on the machine
and they are all identical (barring the IP addresses of
course), but I don't have a clue about what to look for
on the ISA server to figure out what is happening.

Can someone please help me???

Thanks
