Event ID 14197 - cache write problem

Curious if anyone has seen, and/or knows anything about
Event ID 14197 - with description listed below; We're
seeing this on both of our ISA server's from time to time
and I've been unable to locate anything specific by
Mircrosoft on this.
ISA Server failed to write content to cache file. The
error code in the Data area of the event properties
indicates the cause of the failure.
My first assumption is that we simply need to tune our
server configuration, in particularly the cache settings -
and that this may make these go away; There's no obvious
end user complaints or errors or anything - its more or
less a pesky entry in our Application Event Logs that we'd
like to figure out and correct. Any help is appreciated!
