Yes, you can.
The only limitation here is that you can't publish Exchange RPC (MAPI) on the same server as ISA.

We are running Small Business Server 2000.  On this box, both ISA and
Exchange are installed.  How would I set up ISA for using exchange.  On the
Server Publishing section, there is a secure mail server wizard.  Can I
still use that if Exchange is on the same server as ISA?
