Yes, you can.
The only limitation here is that you can't publish Exchange RPC (MAPI) on the same server as ISA.

How would I set up ISA for using exchange. On the Server Publishing section, there is a secure mail server wizard. Can I still use that if Exchange is on the same server as ISA? Thanks, Jasper
