Coexisting with another firewall?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Does anyone know if you can bring up an ISA server within an existing network
which all ready has a firewall (CheckPoint)? We would like to put it in our
existing DMZ and have it proxy OWA requests for our new Exchange 2007
environment. If the answer is yes, could you shed some light or direct us to
appropriate configuration documentation?
