Thanks, but now it is a ComCast routing issue.
I can't even ping a laptop that is connect to the ComCast line with no firewall.
I hope that is all it is...

I attempt an RDP session from the Internet to the IP address set in the Network Lister/IP Address above, but can't even connect.
if you use RDP on ISA itself you have to disable RDP support on ISA or specify that the RDP Listener is only listening to the internal interface
