What configuration needs to be made on the ISA server to allow BlackBerry to access OWA server

Gurus,
To allow a BlackBerry handheld device to access my company's OWA server, I was told some configuration needs to be made on the ISA server. I know OWA works because I can access it from the computer I am writing this message from, but from this very same computer I cannot complete the setup of my BlackBerry to access this OWA account because at the very end of the setup wizard I'm told this error message: "A connection could not be established to bones.rfa.org/exchange/<mymailboxname>". It was RIM themselves (makers of the BlackBerry)" who told me a configuration needs to be made on the ISA server. Any ideas as to what this configuration may be?
