how to publish the netmeeting server

i'm studing the isa server 2006.
i have a isa server in my test evironment.I installed the CSS and ISA server
in a virtual machine,it's hostname is isaserver.It has two network
adapters¡£the external ip address is£º192.168.155.133/25 £¬the internal ip
address is £º10.1.1.1/25.there is a client in the internal local area as a
netmeeting server.
i enable the 323 filter,i type the internal ip address of the isa server as
the gatekeeper address.
then i create a protocol rule that's name is H,selecet the H.323 protocol.
configure th internal netmeeting client,open the advanced calling,type the
10.1.1.1/25 as the gatekeeper ip address.
And configure the external netmeeting gatekeeper ip address is the isa
server external ip address:192.168.155.133,but i can't access the internal
netmeeting server from external .
