Make sure that the certificate is in the personal folder of the computer account, not the current user account. You select that when adding the snap-in to your MMC.

Hi,
Whenever I try to select a certificate for SSL when creating my web
listener in ISA2004, it says:
To select a certificate, you must install at least one indentical
certificate on each member server.
I only have one server and one array. I have installed certificates
from two different CAs, Verisign and Equifax. They both say that they
are ok when I look at them, they are in the personal folder in the
certificate plugin. One of them was exported from an ISA server at
another site that is working correctly. The certs have private keys.
I have tried everything i can think of. This is a new ISA server
setup and I can't see any differnce between this new server and my
working server other than I can't create an SSL web listener.
Everything I have searched on points to multiple arrays or the
briding tab use of client cert, which apparently gives the same errror
messsage. I can't find anyone that has had this exact problem.
Please help.
