What is the error that you are getting ? have you checked the logs?
Also have you applied Service Pack 3 ?

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue we are experiencing with our ISA 2004
server where users on our network cannot access www.cwma.bc.ca when they are
configured as a secureNAT client. As soon as I configure their web browser
to point to ISA as a proxy server the site loads fine. From the ISA console,
I can browse that site without requiring the browser to be set to point to
itself as a proxy. This is the only site that appears to be doing this.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
