If they did that the ISA would reply back to the wrong place. What good
would that do them?

I am publishing SMTP service to the web. I have set up a filter to block
access to this service form a group of ip ranges. Can spammers do
something to the packets fulling ISA server into thinking that these
packets came from elsewhere?
