Error Code: 502 Proxy Error

I am using windows server 2003 and ISA server 2004 Standard Edition.

One of my clients is trying to open the following web site:
https://74.55.201.250:2087/

He receives the following error:
"Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port
is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this
port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. (12204)"

Please guide me how to solve this problem.
