Thanks Jim,
I have the latest SP installed and I don't have that registry key. I have lots of entries in the event log with this error though.
Microsoft ISA Server Control encountered a failure. The failure occurred during Reading of VPN configuration because the system call MprAdminServerSetCredentials failed. Use the source location 121.2980.4.0.2167.887 to report the failure. The error description is: The binding handle is invalid.

The problem is that the routing table is not getting updated as fast as the
DHCP IMFORM requests are being sent by the client.
1. install ISA 2004 SP3.
2. open regedit
3. build the following registry path:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\RAT\Stingray\Debug\FWSRV
4. within that new registry path, add the following registry value:
Name: FWS_PNP_IPHELPER_QUITE_PERIOD
Type: DWORD
Value: 000005dc (1500 decimal)
5. restart the firewall service
Do not change the value to less than 500 decimal if your server handles many
VPN client (dis)connections per minute as this will cause CPU usage to
increase as the dynamic routing table between ISA, RRAS and Windows is
adjusted.

Hi,
I have a problem with VPN access on ISA 2004 where it is not passing the
default gateway. The DHCP server is on another machine and is passing the
other details fine apart from the default gateway. Does anyone know why this
would happen? I have no rules in place specifically as I thought the system
policy would take care of that.
Thanks
.
