127.0.0.1 is the machine you are physically sitting at when you ping. So
the machine you are sitting at appears to not even be able to ping itself
via the Loopback Address (127.0.0.1)

I'm not sure what to tell you there. You will have to pursue that as a
"Windows" issue. Every machine should be able to ping itself with 127.0.0.1
or with "localhost".

it didnt work by posting it directly to IE, plus when i ping 127.0.0.1 i
dont get a replay, just a timed out message, is there any thing i should

That is not on the Internet,...and you don't use ISA to get there.

The problem is that it is using the IP# in the URL instead of "localhost"
and IE does *not* handle IP#s in the URL properly. If you manually
entered
this in the IE Address Bar it would probably work
http://localhost:51226/TutorialGallery/

Intranet site is identified as an Internet site when you use an FQDN or
