Notice the URL address of 127.0.0.1

That is not on the Internet,...and you don't use ISA to get there.

The problem is that it is using the IP# in the URL instead of "localhost"
and IE does *not* handle IP#s in the URL properly. If you manually entered
this in the IE Address Bar it would probably work
http://localhost:51226/TutorialGallery/

Intranet site is identified as an Internet site when you use an FQDN or an
IP address

i have installed rational uml modeling on my pc but it cant connect to the
