ISA Problem


hi

i have installed rational uml modeling on my pc but it cant connect to the
internet for help files and update, my OS is Vista Ultimate, we have ISA
Firewall 2004 on Windows 2003 Enterprise, im the admin so i made a rule for
my self to allow every thing all types of traffic so why this software is
blocked ?

i defined the firwall on the software but still no access, i attached a
monetoring record you can see some information about it, thank you
