ODBC Drivers error '80004005' OR "HTTP 500 - Internal server error

My colleague failed to access and register IDC event at
http://www.idccircle.com/register.asp via ISA Proxy Server Enterprise 2006
Edition. There are two ISA proxy server configured with Integrated NLB.

One of my colleagues encountered following error when attempting to access
http://www.idccircle.com/register.asp from his XP SP2 PC.

Meanwhile, I encountered following error instead when attempting to access
http://www.idccircle.com/register.asp from my XP SP2 PC.

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or
access denied.

When the above access problem via ISA proxy server happened, I could access
the same URL without any problem from my notebook which connected to Internet
via broadband connection (bypass ISA proxy server)

It seems that the problem originate from the compatibility between the web
page and ISA proxy server.

Could anyone tell how to resolve it.
