In our deployment we have an existing Checkpoint firewall. For Internet URL Filtering, Websense was integrated with ISA (for a forward caching proxy server) by completing the following in ISA:
1. Select the Single Network adapter template and configured with internal network address range.
2. Create a new Firewall Policy Access Rule: Name: Allow Access to Internet -> Rule Action: Allow -> Rule Applies To: All outbound traffic -> Source/From: All Networks (and Local Host) -> Destination/To: All Networks (and Local Host) -> All Users.
3. Create cache size and rule.

Hi everybody,
I have installed ISA server 2006 as a webproxy. I have also installed the
Websense Webfilter to restrict access to specific URLs.
But when i try to access a webpage block by websense, ISA server return a
error page with the following error code : "502 Proxy Error. The ISa server
Denied the specified URL."
For each url resquested, isa server sends a request for validation to the
websense Server. Websense reply with the url to the blok page if the site is
blocked.
Normaly, ISA server must send back the url with the link to the websense
server to the client .But it's not the case.
I have turned on the monitoring for the webproxy, i have see in that the
defaul rule block the request. But why ?
There is someone that have experience with Websense and ISA server ?
Thx a lot.
