ISA 2006 + FTP Access

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to connect to public FTP sites from client which uses
proxy server(ISA 2006) for internet. It throws me an error "The folder
ftp://x.x.x.x is readonly because the proxy server is not setup to
allow full access". I have unchecked "Readonly" in Configure FTP
option. I'm struck here.
