There is just simply no such thing as doing this on a commercial-grade
Network Proxy Server such as ISA Server. It is really disappointing that
these guys know so little about commercial environments.
You're probably stuck figuring it out for yourself,...and it is going to be
extrememly difficult with ISA 2000 which does not have any kind of live
monitoring log the way ISA2004/2006 does.
I went to their site myself and could not find anything useful. Then after
a few minutes their site quit responding and started timing out.
The product is clearly designed only for home use on a typical "home
network".

Hi,
I'm attempting to use PC Tools Spyware Doctor on a workstation. The
network is using ISA 2000. I received the below from PC Tools
regarding that their automatic update is not working . They sent me
the below reply:
Firewall / Proxy Server - you may need to temporarily disable your
firewall or proxy server to perform Smart Update, as these programs
can
sometimes interpret the update function as a malicious process. If
your
software supports it, can you please place 'pctsGui.exe',
'pctsSvc.exe' and 'update.exe' on your firewall or proxy server's
'Allowed
Processes' list. This will permit you to run future Smart Update with
your
firewall or proxy server enabled.
Amy idea where I can do this in ISA 2000? Thanks in advance.
Thank you for your reply. I will look for another product that can be
used.
