Hi,
I'm attempting to use PC Tools Spyware Doctor on a workstation. The
network is using ISA 2000. I received the below from PC Tools
regarding that their automatic update is not working . They sent me
the below reply:
Firewall / Proxy Server - you may need to temporarily disable your
firewall or proxy server to perform Smart Update, as these programs
can
sometimes interpret the update function as a malicious process. If
your
software supports it, can you please place 'pctsGui.exe',
'pctsSvc.exe' and 'update.exe' on your firewall or proxy server's
'Allowed
Processes' list. This will permit you to run future Smart Update with
your
firewall or proxy server enabled.
Amy idea where I can do this in ISA 2000? Thanks in advance.
.
