Sanjay -
I am running ISA 2006 and using MessageLabs as well. I am sure some terms
are different from 2006 to 2004, but hopefully this will make sense.
This is what I have setup:
Computer Set called MessageLabs Incoming with all the IP addresses that
MessageLabs has provided you.
Create a new firewall rule and use only SMTP Server Protocol. The rule will
apply to your MessageLabs Incoming set you created (remove Anywhere). You
will need to publish the the network address of your internal SMTP server.
This allows only SMTP traffic from MessageLabs to your SMTP server. It
should have nothing to do with any other protocols such HTTP, etc.

I am trying to keep MessageLabs Antispam. I need to add the IP's below
so that we receive email only from them.
Americas (United States, Canada, Central and South America)
216.82.240.0 - 216.82.255.255
21 85.158.136.0 - 85.158.143.255
21 117.120.16.0 - 117.120.23.255
193.109.254.0 - 193.109.255.255
194.106.220.0 - 194.106.221.255
195.245.230.0 - 195.245.231.255
62.231.131.0 - 62.231.131.255
64.124.170.128 - 64.124.170.143
So I go to ISA Server 2004 -> Networks and create a network called
MessageLabs and it as an External
Network.
I input the above IP addresses and then also of sudden I cann't access their
website.
Do I need to change the properties of that 'MessageLabs' network in ISA
Server?
Thx
