ISA 2006 array behind 3rd party proxy server

Is it possible for ISA to route all its web requests to the internet through another proxy server that is not ISA?

Configuration would look like:

Internal Client ===> ISA 2006 ===> Proxy ===> Internet Server

I see information about chaining ISA servers as proxies but I am not sure how to achieve the above.

By the way the proxy that I want to chain ISA to uses a web page to authenticate the user before allowing access to the Internet, will this be a problem for ISA?

Any help will be appreciated
