I also think it is not good performance even i configure this setting. Can
you give me a suggestion?
We use the bluecoat for proxy and netscreen for FW. We don't want to have
any changing on the user and server side setting. We just want to see the
users activity in internet. Have any software to help this goal?

Thanks
Jaylin

I am not certain what you are trying to achieve but all the proxy servers I
have used have log files which can be used to analyse activity.
Bluecoat can log in a variety of formats - which can be analysed in the free
product analog or Bluecoat Reporter or any standard log analysis/reporting
package.

The Bluecoat GUI also shows throughput etc etc.

Probably better to ask questions on the discussion forum
http://forums.bluecoat.com/

OK. If i install the third party software in ISA, it can capure the
traffic
what i want. But can you let me konw is it possible if all the Internet
traffic pass to the ISA before go to the FW and proxy? I am concern
that
it
will have user authorization problem

You don't want to "double proxy" the users.
Either go from the ISA to the Firewall,...or,...place ISA "side-by-side"
with the other devices so that it runs totally independently of those.
Don't waste your money on ISA if you are going to throw away 60% of its
abilities.

What user authorization "problem" are you afraid of?
