ISA 2006 std

Hi,
Installed ISA 2006 Standard server on Win 2003 Ent and require the
following things
1) Need to Authenticate from ADS i.e take the user database from ADS only
2) when creating any new rule the FROM tab should display the users from
ADS to select as i wish to allow access like http, ftp or https on ADS
users basis
3) When any clients accessing the internet from the browser, should be
popped up with the user name & password, so that they shall be granted
access as per the policies
4) All microsoft web sites, all internal web sites, all cisco web sites and
corporate web sites should be
accessed by all clients without prompting of user name, password to access
it.
5) All the logs, reports should be generated by user names of ADS and not by
internal, IP addresses.
6) Is it neccessary to install firewall clients on the desktop machines or
can i just enable proxy
in the Browser, lan connection.
Kindly suggest solutin in detail.
