what about the DNS issue, why is it that it assigns 10.0.0.1 for
clients which is the external nic defualt gateway ip. like i said
before scope option has 192.168.0.5 which is the internal domain DNS
address..

What assigning what? I have no idea what you are trying to say there.

dhcp server assigns clients. like i said dhcp scope option has my dns
server as 192.168.0.5, but for some reason clients are picking
10.0.0.1 which is the isa defualt gateway ip. Not all but some
clients.
