I don't understand how 172.16.255.255 can have a 'route' thru the Top NIC - or
how to resolve this Alert.
I think your external NIC has default gateway configured, so ISA thinks,
that all remained IP addresses belongs to that network (this address
really will be routed through your external NIC, if packet with such
destination IP will arrive). So you can simply ignore this alert.
