See if this helps:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/188001
Browser traffic tends toward broadcasts, and ISA blocks broadcast traffic by
default.
if your clients are all Win2K or later, you can pretty much ignore these
events.

I know this is one of those "potentially" insulting replies, but does your
route table match your LAT?
I've seen this issue (often resulting in a whole enterprise array failing,
in very certain circumstances), potential causes are:
1 machine on the VLAN was a SBS Server at one point?
2 pathping shows routing to DC via wrong NIC, even with correct routes etc /
HP NIC Teaming issue
3 Firewall Client installed on ISA Server with Common Config to force proxy
Hope this helps.

Hi Phillip;
The internal NIC is on the same segment as the DC and I also confirmed
that
the Internal NIC is first in the binding order too.
I know it's the ISA machine that's causing the errors because the other
servers also show event log errors relating to the ISA machine mistakenly
thinking it's the DC.
Argh!

Ok, well, I don't know then. Domain members should already assume the DCis the
Master Browser. It is the non-members (and workgroups) that become aproblem.
Microsoft, or
Is the internal Nic of the ISA a different IP segment than the DC?

Hi;
I recently moved ISA 2004 to a different machine and now it
andthinks it's the master browser. As a result I get errors on the DC
bealso
machineon other machines.
I have set the registry entry (IsDomainMaster) to false on the ISA
but this still occurs. Does anyone have any ideas on what else
should
checked on the ISA machine?
