No, those are limited to being Web Proxy Clients or SecureNAT Clients. SecureNAT
is limited to "anonyous" connections only.
The Firewall Client is a Winsock Layered Service Provider,...there is no such
thing as Winsock on those, only Socks and it isn't the same thing.

I have a really big problem here, i'm trying to block Windows Live
Messenger and MSN Messenger, i blocked the Messenger ports (and ISA 2006
Std, really blocks those ports), but Windows Live Messenger still
connecting using http, when i set up the signature "User-Agent:", as
suggested in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925120/en-us, but that rule,
block all HTTP traffic, and no one goes to the internet (and the
messenger does not connect), inside the company I have some privileged
people that need the Messenger to do their jobs, so, how i could block
all the MSN messenger traffic for all the company (including guests),
except those privileged
