Thanks for the response. My boss and I have talked about taking out the
D-Link, but he likes the added layer of security it offers. It's also been
nice to have the extra external ports to hook up a machine that isn't on our
internal network.
I have also played around with creating a publishing rule, but it didn't do
what I was expecting it to do. I created a publishing rule to allow
protocol SSH on port 22 from external to the specific server IP address for
All Users.
We are trying to connect to the server with a program called "putty"
Any thoughts?

Hello,
I'm fairly green to working with ISA server. We are running Small
Business Server 2003 with ISA 2004. One NIC card on the server goes
to a D-Link DI-604 router which is connected to our DSL modem with a
static IP. The other NIC is connected to our internal network. We
want to be able to connect to a particular computer on port 22
externally.
I've been able to accomplish this by moving that particular machine
onto the router, but I haven't been able to get things setup correctly
when moving the computer back to the internal network.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks!
First, get rid of the D-Link and connect the DSL modem directly to ISA.
Next, you need to create a publishing rule to publish that particular
machine. You may need to define a custom protocol for port 22.
