Re: Help viewing a security feed through ISA server firewall

Thanks for replying.
We have two networks connected via routers on a leased line. On PC
without the ISA clent, but with the browser's proxy settings set to
the ISA server IP address we were able to connect to the security
video server by using 'route add' on a PC to add the route to that
server. We cannot connect to the video server on PCs with the clent
installed.
I have added the same routes to the ISA server.
The server for the the security feed is located at our remote branch
with IP range xx.xx.4.xx, while the PC with the browser is located
behind the ISA server with IP range xx.xx.1.xx. The traffic consists
of a video stream. Access does not have to be restricted by account.
Java applets are not involved.

No way to answer with so little information.

Physical locations are important. Particularly with respect to ISA's position.

Device functionality is important. Which acts as a "webserver", and where is it?
Where is the user using the web browser located?

What does the traffic actually consist of?

Are there Java Applets requiring the JRE involved?

Do you want access restriced by user account?,...or is anonymous allowed?

Hello.
I would appreciate your assistance on this issue
I have just configured and ISA server as a firewall for my
organisation. We use a piece of software to view feeds from our
security system via a web interface. The software does not work
through the ISA firewall.
How do I configure ISA to work with the security viewier and allow
access?
It was suggested that I publish a web server using a WAN IP address
(the ISA server's external IP address) and pointing it the machine's
internal IP address.
I'm just learning how to administer ISA server, and I'm a bit hazy on
how to get that to work.
So I'm just trying to get a few more details, if I can.
Any assistance would be appreciated...
