Can't associate NIC with "External" network?

I'm trying to setup an ISA server with two NICs, one going to the
internet router, and the other connected to the local network. This is
my first time using this, so I'm a little in the dark. I managed to
find a few things on how to configure it with a single NIC (and it
appears that I actually have it working like that at this point). Am I
just missing something here? I assumed that was the standard way to
setup...

Thanks for your patience and input!
