Is the program running on the isa server or on a machine behind isa?

I have a ISA as my home firewall rather then a router
there is a program i am trying to run and cant get it to work
The program is called Webguide and it uses port 1818 for the web and port
1819 for video streaming . This is a program to connect to MCE maching to
set
recordings away from home
i know ISA is blocking it but cant figure out why

A DMZ is just a network segment,..an actual physical network segment.
It would be better to just explain what you want to do and why.
