ISA Server - OWA forms based authentication - password change

Hi,
I want to allow users outside the office to be able to change their passwords. I use OWA with pre-authentication on the ISA 2006 server. I turned the 'change password' option on in the Listener. When I try to use the feature in the OWA form however I receive an error message on the screen. The error message does not tell what is wrong. It is just a general error message. There are also no errors in the eventlog. I use Active Directory (no LDAP) in the Listener. My ISA server is member of the domain.
Anyone know why this is not working? Do I have to open something in the firewall to allow specific network traffic form internal to ISA? Are there any other configuration changes that I have to make in order to get this to work?
Thanks in advance.
