The only thing i can expect is a virus or virus like activity on a
machine(s) inside your network. Make sure that all windows updates and
ISA2004 updates are installed and try to use ISA2004 logging features and
try to see if there is an unusaul traffic (both type of traffic and amount
of traffic) from a certian machine or machines in your network, capture all
traffic both allowd and denied. It will be a hard job and might finally
don't show up anything, but could also be the soluion. I had a similar
situation once but on ISA 2000 and it was really a computer on the internal
network that was infected by a spyware.
Hope that this helps,

Thanks for the replies,
I have checked the logs and there are no unexpected errors in there. I
have
also temporarily disabled those features and still nothing.
The wspsrv.exe process will run until 100%, then the firewall has to be
restarted. The process will then slowly work is way back up to 100% until
it
crashes again.
Any more help would be much appreciated.
