Looking to allow specific traffic through ISA proxy

Can anyone help with this:

Also, I was watching the ISA log yesterday and noticed that traffic I
expect to be going over port 9035 is reporting as 8080 in the ISA
log... Is this b/c my client is using 8080 to access resources on the
external network? Should I be port forwarding to 9035, change the ISA
port to be 9035?

Thanks,

Joel
