Forget it.
First the DSL "router" is not a real router, that was a "marketing
decision", and a bad one at that. It is really a low-dollar NAT-based
Firewall. So it is already doing the same job as the ISA.
Unless you actually want a Back-to-Back DMZ and are willing to deal with
the characteristics of using one, get rid of the DSL "router" and leave
the "modem" where it is on the end of the phone line. If they are all
built into one box,..then buy a separate DSL Modem and place it on the
phone line.
Plug the External Nic of the ISA directly to the DSL modem. The Multiple
IP#s from the ISP will be added to the ISA's external Nic.
To tell you the truth the multiple IP# are almost a waiste of time. Most
everything you do with ISA will only need one IP#.

be in the 10.xxx.xxx.xxx range. Do you know if ISA automatically updates
if I
change the external IP ?
