You can access internet with 1 NIC you have follow the instruction in
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/isa/2004/help/FW_SingleNIC.mspx?mfr=true
you have to choose the right Network template in ISA!

Yes. Anything with less than 2 interfaces is not a firewall.

One NIC becomes your external interface -- connect it directly to your
DSL
router.
Other NIC is your internal interface -- connect it to your LAN switch.
Make sure that the IP addresses on both interfaces are separate subnets.
i did allow all
inbound and outbound protocols but still it won;t connected.
Pls state exactly what is the problem
