ISA web proxy log has UTC time+0 : how to change it ?

Hello,
My isa server 2004 (sp2) give me a web proxy log file with UTC time +0 and i
am UTC time +3..
Is there a way to have the right hour in this log ? my server is good
parameter with UTC + 3 ..
