that doesn't seem to help. Anybody knows why?"

Look. It seems like you've got numerous difficulties with basic ISA server
configuration procedures. Either you haven't read closely enough the ISA
documentation/help/guides/articles or at least you understood something
wrong.
Anyway, to become successful at getting help here in this newsgroup you
should ask your questions more clearly, i.e. you should define the
particular problem.
The best approach is the following:
- explain desired result;
- describe steps you have taken to make this work;
- show us actual results, error messages you see and any other details you
think would help;
In this case you could have quick and useful response. Ask your colleagues
for help with English, if you're having trouble with foreign language. And
finally, you can ask your question on your native language. There are
Spanish and Portuguese ISA newsgroups out there (sorry, I have no idea
about the language you speak natively; this is just my guess).

Andrew
