What protocols of H.323 are you using? How do you use the non-standard port?
In general, if you want a filter to apply to a non-standard port you should
create a protocol about that port (e.g. if you are passing h.245 on port
5555, create such a protocol in ISA). After creating the protocol, you can
attach the H.323 filter to that protocol.
I haven't tested this, but it may work.
Second option is to try and understand which ports need to be statically
opened and just create the relevant policy rules for those ports.
I would also try to use a network monitor and ISA's log viewer to try and
understand what traffic is being sent and which traffic is blocked by ISA,
if any.
There may also be problems with addresses translated because of NAT. You can
also verify this using a network monitor, if you understand the protocol.

We are attempting to implement a video conferencing solution (Alice
Street).
We are running ISA 2004.
Despite all the port ranges being correct, we are unable to pass any
audio/video through. The app is supposed to use H.323 as the protocol (on
a
non-std H.323 port - which is open).
Filters have been checked on & off but no joy.
Am I barking up the wrong tree here? Should this work?
