but why the server can vpn and not XP Pro machine (even after I turn off the

No. The problem is exactly what the message says: VPN traffic from the
servers makes it to the ISA VPN service, while traffic from clients

doesn't.

Check the configuration of the clients' router/firewall - it should allow
PPTP pass-through.
