It would appear you are trying to connect to a Terminal Server located at
address 192.168.254.2. How is routing configured... are you sure this is not
a connectivity issue? Were ISA not in play, could you even connect to that
IP?
What does a TRACERT to that IP shows, from the affected workstation(s)?
