Add DMZ

Hi All,
I have ISA Enter 2004 (sp2) under windows 2k3 (sp1) and I want to add a
webServer on a DMZ network.
ISA is configured as regular Firewall with external and Internal Nic.
I know I need to add another nic and configure this nic as DMZ but, what
numbers do I nee to put in this nic?
Do I need to use a Network template to upgrade my ISA configuration??
My webServer is going to use private IP.
