Direct Access to Web service

Hi all,

I am having one problem related to calling web service through ISA.

I have web service installed on some another service and client is
calling that service.

So in ISA timeout is set to 120 and my web service is doing heavy
processing which sometime require more than 120 min.

I don't know how much time it will take to complet. So i can't randomly
increase this timeout.

And i have some other services installed on server along with this. So
what i want is to provide direct access only to this service of server
and i don't want to disturb settting which is getting applied to other
services.

Can some one tell me how to provide direct access to web service
through web client though ISA.

If i am wrong regarding concept of ISA please correct me.

Any help will be truely appreciated.
