BUG REPORT: WIN2003 WINHTTP DLL NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ISA 2004 AUTHENTICATION

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

When you update the winhttp.dll with an windows XP SP2 version of winhttp
dll it works as it should.

use process explorer to close all handles to winhttp dll.
replace the file, reboot the machine
voila
