The first your point it's correct.

about your questions:
I open external site from internet with IE, apply my user and password,
click on the link and this open the Citrix client installed on my pc, then
trying connect via Secure Gateway.
The proxy settings on my client (IE) are ip ISA server with http port 8080.

could not proceed (SSL error 5)".

Any help wold be positive.
