First of all, you should not use the option "Require all users to
authenticate" to restrict anonymous access. You do that (properly) by not
configuring any 'anonymous' access rules (that is, rules that permit access
to "All Users").
Second, if a proxy is set in the Internet Options dialog, AFAIK the request
will be sent to the web proxy service regardless whether the client is also
a FWC. The firewall client will take over only for 'direct' requests (like
those coming from a SNAT client without proxy settings, for example).
Third, what exactly are you trying to accomplish? To me it seems that you
are using a somewhat twisted logic for something that might be easier to
achieve than you think.
